Edit: After speaking with support they confirmed that the blinking GPS light is unexpected behavior most likely caused by over voltage.
I submitted a request through the contact us form but thought I would post here as well.
I have one of the earlier TimeCard Mini and I believe I have somehow damaged my GPS module and/or board.
When I try to power my board using the Adafruit PiUART and having the micro HDMI plugged in I only get the rainbow screen (standard Raspberry Pi boot) and then just a pulsing blue light from the GPS module without any UART or HDMI output (with and without the Serial enable dip switches on).
If I connect the CM4 to another carrier board UART and HDMI work as expected.
On the GPS module I have dip switches 1-3 on and switch 4 is off.
On the TimeCard dip switches I have 1-4 off, 5 on, 6-7 off, and 8 on.
If there is anything I can do to troubleshoot please let me know. It has been several months since I tried using this so hopefully I didn't make a mistake of putting 5V on the 3.3V rail or something like that to cause this. That's all that I can think I may have possibly done.
